Terms and Conditions1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. 2. By participating in the promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions; and agree to be bound by them. Entries must be submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions to be valid. 3. The promotion commences on 2/2/2026 at 12:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEDT) and entries close on 15/04/2026 at 12:00am AEDT (Promotion Period). 4. The promotion is only open to "Eligible Entrants". Subject to these Terms and Conditions, an Eligible Entrant is a person who (a) is an Australian resident; (b) is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; (c) has a current and valid rebel active membership number/account; and (g) submits their entry into this promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Employees, outsourced staff, managers and directors of the Promoter and its related companies and suppliers and agencies involved in this promotion are not Eligible Entrants, nor are their immediate families. Entries submitted by any such persons strictly will not be considered regardless of any monies spent or effort expended to enter the promotion. 6. Multiple entries are permitted throughout the promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 7. This promotion is a game of chance in determining the winner/s. To enter, an entrant must: 1. Be a valid rebel active member. 2. Spend at least $50 (AUD) on adidas Football product (boots, footballs, equipment and selected fangear) at Rebel (online or in-store) to earn an entry to the competition and provide details of their rebel active membership at the time of purchase (for in-store purchases) OR be logged into their account at the time of purchase (for online purchases). • Eligible customers will receive one (1) entry into the competition for every $50 spent on adidas Football products during the promotional period • Eligible adidas Football products include adidas football boots, adidas footballs, adidas football equipment and adidas football fangear, excluding NRL and Online Only marked fanger. • Entries will be calculated in $50 increments. Any remaining spend under $50 will not earn an additional entry. 8. The prize that will be awarded to the winner/s is: • (2) two category 2 tickets to FIFA World Cup 2026: M098 QF W93 vs. W94 on 10/07/2026 at 12:00pm at Los Angeles Stadium valued at $3,500 AUD • Return economy flights for (2) two from Australia (airport to be determined based on winner/s location) to USA (Los Angeles) valued at a fee no greater than $10,000 AUD • (5) five nights accommodation for (2) two at a 4 star hotel or greater in Los Angeles, California valued at a fee no greater than $6,000 AUD • Transfers between airports, hotel and Los Angeles Stadium valued at a fee no greater than $1000 AUD The prize pool is a total no greater than $20,500 AUD The draw will take place at Rebel Sport Limited, Level 5, 1B Homebush Bay Drive, Rhodes NSW 2138, Australia at 12:00PM AEST on 17/04/2026 using computerised random selection. The first valid entry drawn will be the winner of the prize specified below. The draw conductor may draw additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or entrant is drawn. The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny and anyone may witness the draw on request. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance. The winner/s will be noticed via email on 20/04/2026. Once claimed, the winners name (initial of the first name, full surname) and postcode will be published on www.rebelsport.com.au within 5 days of the draw. The winner/s will have 14 days from the date/time of the email notification (as sent) to claim the prize before is it deemed unclaimed If the prize is not claimed, an unclaimed prize draw will be performed at Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd, Level 13, 477 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000 at 12:00pm AEST on 6/5/2026 The unclaimed prize draw winner/s will be notified via email on 8/05/2026 and with the winner/s name (initial of the first name, full surname) and postcode will be published on www.rebelsport.com.au on 11/05/2026. 9. Any additional costs associated with prize fulfilment (including but not limited to meals, drinks, spending money, health insurance and any and all other incidental and/or ancillary costs) are the sole responsibility of the winner/s. 10. Before the prize is awarded, the entrant/s selected as the winner/s may be required to sign a release and indemnity agreement, the terms of which will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Failure to sign the release and indemnity agreement will result in disqualification from eligibility as the winner of the prize. 11. The Promoter will not be liable for a winner/s who is disqualified from eligibility and therefore forfeits their prize and no correspondence will be entered into. 12. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to travel or attend FIFA World Cup 2026: M098 QF W93 vs. W94 on 10/07/2026 at 12:00pm at Los Angeles Stadium. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes in whole or in part for something of equal or greater value in the event that any component of the prize is unavailable (subject to any applicable legislation). The prizes are not transferable, deferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or product. The prize cannot be sold to any other person (including by online auction or private sale). Unused portions of prizes will be forfeited and no compensation will be payable in lieu of that element of the prize. 13. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law), the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any death, personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity and whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) suffered or incurred by any person (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) arising in any way out of or in connection with the promotion, the awarding or provision of any prizes, use of or participation in any of the prizes or the marketing of the promotion. 14. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries in its absolute discretion. For example, the Promoter may disqualify: (a) any entrants or entries that tamper with, or attempt to tamper with the entry process; (b) incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries or entries containing false information or incorrect contact details; (c) any entries that contain material that is obscene, indecent, objectionable, defamatory, libellous or otherwise contravenes an applicable law or infringes any third party's rights; and (d) any entries that the Promoter considers inappropriate for any reason. 15. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and the details provided by entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The identification necessary for verification is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 16. All entrant who are selected as the winner/s consent to the Promoter using their name, image, likeness, character, voice or anything else that identifies them without remuneration in any media worldwide (including without limitation in national print media, on the Promoter's website and in other promotional material) for a reasonable time to publicise this promotion (including any outcome). 17. Entrants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter. Personal information will be stored on the Promoter's database. The Promoter may use this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant electronically. The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy which is located at https://www.rebelsport.com.au/help-centre/privacy-policy. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this Promotion and may disclose the entrants' personal information to third parties including its contractors and agents, prize suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this Promotion and to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion. The Promoter may transfer entrants' personal information to countries specified in the Promoter’s privacy policy. Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By entering this promotion, entrants consent to overseas transfer on these terms and agree that the Promoter is not liable for any such breach. 18. The winner(s) will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that the Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them. 19. Each entrant must comply with these Terms and Conditions. Each entrant indemnifies and will keep indemnified the Promoter in relation to all loss and damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) by the Promoter as a direct or indirect result of the entrant acting inconsistently with or breaching any part of these Terms and Conditions. 20. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incomprehensible, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt in the promotional database. 21. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, safety or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any applicable legislation. 22. The Promoter’s decision on all aspects relating to this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 23. Entrants acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, and release Instagram from all liability arising in respect of the promotion. 24.
