Track my Order
Tracking your home delivery order is a very simple process. After receiving your email / SMS notification to confirm the order has been shipped, a link will be provided. This will take you to our Track My Order page, with your information pre-filled.
Alternatively, enter the order number and receiver’s first and last name to view the tracking information.
At times, rebel may run sales and promotional campaigns that involve using a coupon to redeem the offer. These codes are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as it has been provided.
The value of the coupon code will not be refunded or extended should you fail to enter the code in prior to completing payment.
Unless otherwise clearly stated on a product page, all footwear is listed in US sizing.
Some products may be listed on the website as assorted colours, and we are not able to take requests for specific colours on these products. If you wish to return a product where the colour was chosen for you, please visit the Returns and Refunds page for further information.
We are working hard to increase our range of products available online. If an item is not available online, please visit your local store. You can find your local store on our Store Locator.
You can now check stock availability of a product within our store network online. To check for stock in your local store:
Select the product and the relevant size and colour (where applicable).
Using the Find in Store tab on the product page, the nearest stores to your selected location will appear with an indication of stock availability.
Creating an account will join you up to our rebel active loyalty program.

To create a rebel active account, you can register here, then enter all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*), along with placing a tick to receive rebel marketing material. When you have finished, select Create My Account
Your nominated email address and password will be used as your login credentials for future account access.
Once you have registered a rebel active account and created a password, you will able to log in and update your details.
Please ensure your street address, phone number and email address are kept updated. If you are logged into your account when placing an online order, the information provided is pre-filled during the checkout process.
It also helps us to communicate with you if you have subscribed to our marketing notifications. To opt out, please select My Account from the footer of the website, followed by Personal Information and uncheck the tick box to receive marketing information.
Once you are logged into your account, you can update your password via the Change Password in the My Account section.
If you have forgotten your password, head to the Login page and select Forgot Password?.
A temporary password will be emailed to you. Open the email and either click the link to reset the password, or copy the temporary one provided.
