Welcome to rebel official training program for the 2026 Voltaren CITY2SURF, powered by adidas. Join us as we help novice and intermediate runners get ready for the world's largest fun run.
This 12 week program is purpose-built to prepare runners for the unique 14km City2Surf course.
The plan combines structured running sessions, targeted strength training, and intentional recovery to guide you through a smart, progressive build toward race day.
Along the way, you'll also have access to expert support through rebel RUN, with guidance from specialists in strength and conditioning, physiotherapy, nutrition, and podiatry – to help you train with more confidence, knowledge, and purpose.
It's a practical, evidence-based approach to preparing for, and performing your best at, this year's Voltaren City2Surf.
