How To Find The Right Size

Step 1: Try Different Sizes on Multiple Fingers

Test several ring sizes on both hands to find the best fit. Try wearing the ring on your index, middle, and ring fingers, as these fingers usually provide the most accurate fit. Avoid wearing it on your thumb or little finger, since those fingers may not give reliable sizing.

Once you find a size that seems right, also try one size larger and one size smaller to compare.

While wearing the ring on the finger you plan to use most often, gently twist it. The ring should not rotate freely. If the skin beneath the ring moves with it when you twist, this usually indicates a good fit.

Step 2: Complete the Two-Night Sizing Test

After selecting a size that feels right, wear the ring overnight for at least two nights. Fingers naturally expand and shrink throughout the day, so this test helps confirm that the ring stays comfortable during these changes.

Finger size can fluctuate due to several factors, including:

• Blood circulation
• Fluid retention
• Temperature changes
• Illness

Use the following checks to make sure the ring fits properly:

• The ring sits snugly at the base of your finger
• The sensor ridge is positioned on the palm side of your finger
• When you try to rotate the ring, your skin moves with it rather than the ring sliding easily
• The ring feels secure but still comfortable, even after completing the two-night sizing test
