What are the PTP Pocket Weights designed for?

The PTP Pocket Weights (0.23kg) are compact removable weights designed for compatible PTP Integrated Strengthwear shorts, leggings and calf sleeves. They add progressive resistance without unnecessary bulk or restriction.

Are the weights removable?

Yes. The weights can be removed, allowing you to adjust the resistance to suit your activity, experience level and training goals.

Can I use the same weights across multiple garments?

Yes. Once you own the weights, you can move them between compatible Integrated Strengthwear products that use the same weight size.

How much resistance should I start with?

The goal is to increase workload without changing the way you move. Start with around half the available load and gradually increase resistance as your body adapts.

How do I clean the pocket weights?

Wipe the weights clean and allow them to dry completely before returning them to the garment. Do not use bleach, solvents or abrasive cleaning products.
