The 6mm thick mat has a super grippy slip-resistant surface that provides 25% more grip than our regular black 5mm TPE mat which means you can hold even the most challenging poses for longer, without slipping. The mat is ideally suited to the restorative styles of yoga like Vinyasa and Ashtanga that involve intense moves at a slower pace. The alignment marks along the centre, and for hands and feet, help you position your body correctly for an even, balanced pose with optimum thickness for cushioning joints and pressure points. This is a mat that loves you back.
