1. Shiraz Trail Willunga to Seaford
Beautiful vineyards and country landscape through to the ocean, on mostly off road and sealed roads. There are a couple of challenging hills but worth it for the scenery.
2. Riesling Trail Claire Valley
Outstanding views of the vineyards along the 33km trail, on an old railway line.
3. River Torrens Linear Park Trail Adelaide
This shared use trail follows 30km of the River Torrens, and is suitable for all the family as you cycle through the city to the beach.

1. Regency Skate Park
Perfect for both street and freestyle skaters, there are concrete ramps and pyramids, half-bowls, rails, stairs, banks and ledges. Something for all abilities, and shade for when you need to take a break!
2. Seaford Skate Park
A large street style park, with two bowls, stairs, vertical drops, rails and more. Great for skaters and bikes.
3. West Beach Skate Park
Suitable for bikes, skateboards and in-line skates, it's a family friendly park with it's beginners bowl, street circuit, large verts and BMX track. Well lit, with a BBQ are too!
4. Blackwood Skate Park
A fun park with quarters, a spine, box and ledges, suitable for skateboards, blades, scooters and bikes. There's some cool, colourful street art making the park unique.
5. Goolwa Skate Park
Commissioned street art makes this the most colourful park in Australia! It features an open bowl, spine and small halfpipe. Great for beginner and intermediate skaters and scooters. There's also a great pump track right next to it!
