Rebel Sport Limited ACN 003 283 823 is a subsidiary of Super Retail Group Limited (ACN 108 676 204) (“we”).

When you create a rebel Active member account with us, we will collect your name, e-mail and phone number and you may provide your address to:

• set up and manage your rebel Active member account (including to communicate with you in relation to member rewards and to personalise the way our content, services and offers are presented and delivered to you);
• to contact you about orders you have placed with us using rebel Active member account; and
• to communicate with you about your membership, including (where you have not opted out) in relation to member offers and other types of marketing; and
• use as inputs into machine learning algorithms in order to deliver personalised marketing.

If you don’t provide your name, email and phone number, you won’t be able to join rebel Active loyalty program.

We may share this information with our related companies and third-party service providers. This may involve the disclosure of personal information to recipients in New Zealand, China, Germany, Singapore, India, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.
