Developed by 98 Training, this 14-week training program is purpose-built to prepare runners for and recover from the unique 14km City2Surf course. This comprehensive plan combines running, strength training and recovery to deliver a progressive plan in the palm of your hand via our Training app. From running technique to race day nutrition, gain valuable knowledge to increase your performance. No matter your experience, this is an evidence-based approach to preparing and performing at this year's City2Surf!
