Entry is only open to Australian residents that are members of the Promoters Loyalty Club ”rebel active” and that register their membership and purchase any qualifying product from the Promoter during the Promotional Period. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. 7. Purchasing any football boot, football licensed product, football ball, or piece of football equipment from rebel and loyalty membership registration equals 1 entry into to the corresponding month’s competition draw. 8. Multiple entries are permitted subject to each purchase being processed separately and otherwise in accordance with the above. The Prize, Draw and Notifications 9. If any prize is unavailable or otherwise unable to be supplied, the Promoter may substitute the prize with a prize of equal value, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. General Conditions 12. Prize(s) cannot be transferred, exhanged, or redeemed for cash. 13. The Promoter is entitled to verify the validity of entries and the indentity entrants/winner(s), and to disqualify any entrant/winner who submits an entry that is contrary to these Terms and Conditions, or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage is not a waiver of those rights. 14. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. 15. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury, death, loss and damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including but not limited to any liability arising from any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction; any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control; any variation of the prize value; any tax liability incurred by the winner or entrant; or redemption or use of a prize. 16. Conditions relating to the Prize and travel arrangements: 16.1. The winner and their companion are responsible for all other expenses including spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included within the prize), energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 16.2. The winner and travelling companions must travel at the same time, must depart from the same capital city and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest capital city for flight departure. If the winner is unable to use all tickets and accommodation at the same time they will forfeit the additional tickets and no compensation will be given in lieu. Any changes or costs incurred once the tickets have been issued will be the sole responsibility of the winner. 16.3. It is the traveller’s personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the traveller/s. 16.4. If the prize cannot be provided for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative Prize to the same value and nature. 17. If the Competition is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter is entitled to, the fullest extent permitted by law: disqualify any entrant; or subject to any direction from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition. 18. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties and if required, to the Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. 19. By submitting an entry, entrants expressly consent to the Promoter using: 19.1. The entrant’s entry (either in part or in full), name, likeness, image and/or voice to be reproduced and/or published in any medium for an unlimited period without renumeration for the purpose of promoting this Competition, the Promoter’s business, and any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter; and 19.2. Their personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Promoter will endeavour to provide the entrant with an option to opt out of receipt of such communications every time the Promoter contacts the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. 21. All entries become the property of the Promoter. 22. The winner agrees to participate in any content rebel wishes to produce around the experience, including but not limited to photos, filming and social media posts 23. The winner agrees that any content produced may be housed on the rebel website 24. Social Media includes but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
