AFL Match Day Experience - International Women’s Day (the "Competition")

Terms and Conditions

1.	The Promoter is Rebel Sport Limited A.C.N. 003 283 823 (“Rebel”) of IBC Business Estate, 29-33 Carter Street, Lidcombe NSW 2141 (the “Headquarters”). 
2.	Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. 
3.	This is a game of skill. The one (1) winner will be selected on a skill basis.
4.	The winner will be selected on Tuesday 12th March, 2019 at 10.00am.
5.	Entry is only open to Australian residents. Participants may be any age and the guardian and/or parent of the child under 18 years old are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions set out herein on behalf of the child and in their personal capacity as guardian or parent of the child. 
6.	Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
7.	The competition commences Monday the 25th February, 2019 at 10.00am and closes at 5.00pm (AEST) on Monday 11th March, 2019 (“Promotional Period”). All entries must be received by the Promoter within the Promotional Period.  

The Prize, Draw and Notifications

8.	To be eligible for the Competition, participants must agree to be signed up as rebel active members and a complete entry entails entering all details into the following fields on the competition entry form provided:
		●	First name
		●	Last name
		●	Mobile number
		●	Email address
		●	Address - Street number, name, suburb, state and postcode
		
9.	The competition states to tell us “In 25 words or less us who the most influential women in your life is and why” for your chance to win them an exclusive match day experience.
10.	Entrants must answer the question in 25 words or less
11.	If the entrant exceeds the 25 word limit their entry is deemed to be void
12.	The winner will be selected at the rebel Headquarters
13.	There is a limit of one entry per person
14.	The Prize is as per below:
		●	Dining Room Experience at a designated regular season match of the winners choice in round 1 of the 2019 Toyota AFL Premiership Season (March 21st-24th - Round 1) for the person they are nominating and 3 other guests. Experience is allowed for up to four guests in total.
		●	On Field Money Can’t Buy Experience including a walk on the field pre-match at the designated regular season match selected for the Dining Room Experience
		●	AFLW Membership for team of the winners choice
		
15.	Total Prize is worth approximately $700.00 (AUD)
16.	On Field Experience must be used at the same game as the Dining Room Experience and cannot be used for a different game. 
17.	All travel costs are borne by the winner. Including flights, taxis, parking etc.
18.	Accommodation is not included.
19.	The winning entry will be decided at 10am (AEDT) on Tuesday 12th March, 2019 at the rebel Headquarters
20.	The Promoter will notify the winner by telephone and confirmation email. 
21.	If the winner fails to claim the prize within 24 hours of first being notified or the winner’s entry is deemed invalid by the Promoter, the winner is deemed to have forfeited and abandoned the prize. If participant cannot attend the experience on the weekend of March 21st-24th - Round 1, the prize will be forfeited and another winner selected 
22.	The Promoter will select another winner 24 hours after the first winner has been selected. The Promoter will notify the alternate winner by phone and email.
23.	The prize is to be utilized on the weekend of Round 1 (March 21st-24th 2019)
24.	The prize cannot be transferred to another date.
25.	If any prize is unavailable or otherwise unable to be supplied, the Promoter may substitute the prize with a prize of equal value, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.  
26.	The winner will be published on the Promoters website once the winner is identified.
27.	The winner agrees to participate in any content rebel wishes to produce around the experience, including but not limited to photos, filming and social media posts
28.	The winner agrees that any content produced may be housed on the rebel website
29.	Social Media includes but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter

General Conditions

30.	Prize(s) cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. 
31.	The Promoter is entitled to verify the validity of entries and the identity entrants/winner(s), and to disqualify any entrant/winner who submits an entry that is contrary to these Terms and Conditions, or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage is not a waiver of those rights.
32.	Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. 
33.	Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury, death, loss and damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including but not limited to any liability arising from any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction; any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control; any variation of the prize value; any tax liability incurred by the winner or entrant; or redemption or use of a prize.    
34.	If the Competition is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter is entitled to, the fullest extent permitted by law: disqualify any entrant; or subject to any direction from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition. 
35.	The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties and if required, to the Australian regulatory authorities.  Entry is conditional on providing this information.  
36.	By submitting an entry, entrants expressly consent to the Promoter using:
The entrant’s entry (either in part or in full), name, likeness, image and/or voice to be reproduced and/or published in any medium for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition, the Promoter’s business, and any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter; and Their personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. 37.	The Promoter will endeavour to provide the entrant with an option to opt out of receipt of such communications every time the Promoter contacts the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. 
38.	All entries become the property of the Promoter.
