Australia Post Collection Delays
Australia Post have announced that there will no Parcel Post collections in NSW, ACT and VIC temporarily until 7am Tuesday 7 September due to record volumes of parcels within their network. Because of this, there will be further delays with collections of orders by 1-2 business days.
What does this mean for me?
We will still pick and pack your order within normal processing times, however your parcel may be picked up 1-2 days later than normal. This means your tracking number might not show any information until the courier scans your parcel. We recommend checking your tracking regularly for any updates as we’re committed to getting your parcel with the courier as soon as possible.
When will I receive my order?
The majority of deliveries are made by Australia Post with an estimated delivery time of between 2 - 5 business days. With no collections occurring on September 7th, we estimate a further 1-2 business day delay.
Can I still track my order?
Yes you can! We recommend that check tracking regular for order updates and progress.
You can track your order online by simply entering your order number and full name.
I need my order urgently, what should I do?
If you need your items urgently, order with Click & Collect at your local rebel store, and your items will be ready for collection within 1 hour.
