How Click&Collect works
When you’re ready to purchase your item online, check your local store stock availability on the product page before adding to your cart.
If your items are unavailable, we’ll show you the closest stores with available stock
During the checkout process, select FREE Click & Collect and pick a collection store based on store stock availability
When your order is ready for collection, we will contact you by SMS or email to notify you.
Based on your local store options, you can collect your order during operating hours.

2. Contact-less Click&Collect
Visit your selected store during collection hours, where you’ll find a collection desk located at the entrance to receive your order with limited contact
3. Carry to car
When you receive confirmation that your order is ready, call your collection store to schedule a pick-up time. When you arrive at the store, call to let them know and a member of the team will carry your order to your car. Please note that you will need to load the items to your car, so bring a friend for bulky orders!

Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to shop online and collect your order from a selected rebel store.
Click & Collect is available at all rebel stores, however stock is subject to availability.

Contact-Free Click & Collect is our way of keeping our customers and staff safe during the COVID-19 outbreak. This option allows you to order your shopping online and collect it from an eligible store without having to come into close contact with others.
When a store is closed for in-store shopping due to COVID restrictions, you will still be able to collect your online order from the store entrance with minimum contact.
In some of our stores where location and space permits, a team member will bring your order to your car. This service is safe and convenient allowing you to come into less contact with others by remaining in your car. Available at select stores only, check the store availability above.
When you receive your email or SMS confirmation that your order is ready for collection, call the store to arrange a pick-up time. You will find the number on the confirmation.
When you arrive for your collection, call the store to confirm and a member of the team will come to you.

Some of our stores are temporarily closed for in-store shopping but are operating for Click & Collect only. Customers in these lockdown areas can use Contact-Free and Carry to Car services (where available). Our ACT stores are closed with no Click & Collect in operation. Customers in ACT can order online for delivery.
After your order has been placed you will receive an email or SMS (depending on what you selected as a preferred contact) confirming your order is ready for collection, along with the store details.
The confirmation alert is sent to you when the order has been processed in full. Visiting the store prior to receiving the alert may result in your items not being ready.
Orders must be collected during store operating hours. Store hours are displayed online on our Store Locator page and can vary by location. Please check before visiting.
When collecting your order you will need a copy of your order confirmation (either printed or digital) and valid photo identification. Valid photo identification includes Drivers Licence, Passport, Proof of Age Card and Blind Citizens Card.
You will be required to sign for your order at the time of collection.
If you need someone to collect your order on your behalf, they will need a copy of the order confirmation email or SMS and valid photo identification.
Click & Collect is a free service offered by rebel.
Orders will be held for 14 days after being confirmed as ready for collection. If your order has not been collected by this time, it may be cancelled, and a refund processed.
If you need to change or cancel your order for any reason, please contact the Customer Care Centre. We will need to check the current status and advise you of the options available to best accommodate your request.
