Full length: These leggings go from your waist down past your ankles to just below your feet to give you full lower body coverage.
7/8 length: These leggings end just above the ankle, giving your lower legs some extra room to breath and expel heat.
3/4 length: These leggings finish mid-calf, making them extra breathable and great for when the weather warms up.
Shorts: Leggings also come in shorter versions which finish above the knee in varying lengths. These are also called bike shorts and are the most breathable out of all the lengths.

Leggings can also feature standard height waists, and high-rise waists. Standard height waists generally finish at the belly button, while high-rise leggings finish above the belly button, closer to the middle of your abs.

What are the benefits to wear leggings at the gym?

There are many benefits to wearing leggings to the gym, with the key one being able to wick sweat away from your lower body as you exercise. Leggings also work to compress your muscles which promotes blood flow in your legs. They also offer superb flexibility when you are running, lifting weights and being active, making them great for any physical activity.
