rebel Active Asics Footwear Credit Promotion

1.	The promotion commences on Thursday 18th May, 2023 at 00:01 AEST and concludes on Sunday 4th June, 2023 at 23:59 AEST (“Promotional Period”).
2.	The rebel Active loyalty credit offer is available to rebel Active members only. “rebel Active loyalty credit” means the electronic voucher applied to a rebel Active member account which can be redeemed by the rebel Active member as payment for purchases with rebel in accordance with these Terms and conditions.
3.	rebel Active members will receive $20 loyalty credit back when they:
3.1.	Activate the offer by clicking the “Activate Offer” button in the email during the promotional period
&
3.2.	Purchase a pair of Asics senior shoes from any rebel store in Australia or online at www.rebelsport.com.au/ during the promotional period.
4.	*Excludes special orders and accessories. 
5.	Includes items on clearance or promotion.
6.	Freight costs, redemption of rebel Active loyalty credits, redemption of gift cards and donations are excluded from the promotion and will not count towards eligibility listed in section 3. 
7.	There is a promotional limit of 1 loyalty credit offer per member. rebel Active members will not be eligible for multiple loyalty credit offers as part of this promotion. 
8.	Purchases must be made on a rebel Active membership or rebel Active account online to be eligible for loyalty credit. 
9.	The loyalty credit will be applied to rebel Active member accounts by Thursday 18th May, 2023 12:00PM AEST and expires on Sunday 4th June, 2023 at 23:59 AEST.
10.	All eligible rebel Active members, who are opted-in to receive marketing, will receive an email when the loyalty credit has been applied. The email will be sent to the email address registered on the rebel Active account on which the qualifying purchases were made.

12.	Redemption of the rebel Active loyalty credit is subject to the following terms and conditions:
12.1.	To spend rebel Active loyalty credits, a member must scan their card or provide the required details for their membership account to be identified at a rebel store before making their purchase, or be logged into their membership account on the website before completing an online purchase.
12.2.	The redemption and/or use of rebel Active loyalty credits is subject to the following conditions:
12.2.1.	Each loyalty credit will have an expiry date applied to it, after which the loyalty credit will be removed from the member account rewards balance. The removed loyalty credit is not able to be used during rebel transactions.
12.2.2.	Multiple loyalty credits, each with unique expiry dates, can exist on the member account. The full loyalty credit balance of a member account is the sum of all current (non-expired) loyalty credits.
12.2.3.	The member can review their loyalty credit balance at any time by simply logging into their rebel Active account on the website or asking a Rebel team member in-store.
12.2.4.	Loyalty credits are not redeemable for cash or exchanged for any other type of offers or rewards offered by rebel. Loyalty credits cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards, lay-bys or donations.
12.2.5.	The Rebel returns policy found will apply in relation to the return of products purchased using loyalty credits: https://www.rebelsport.com.au/customer-service/terms.html
12.2.5.1.	Products can be purchased completely by just using loyalty credits (if the member has a sufficient balance of loyalty credits in their account), however should a member want to return (in accordance with rebel returns policy) any product purchased wholly via the redemption of loyalty credits, then the member will simply have the loyalty credit amount refunded into their member account. No cash will be refunded by rebel.
12.2.6.	If a product is being returned after a purchase which was paid for by a combination of cash and loyalty credits, then the member will receive the refund in the same combination and proportion. For example, if a member bought running shoes using AUD$100 cash and $25 in loyalty credits, the refund would be issued as AUD$100 cash and $25 in loyalty credits back into their member account.
