[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm currently undergoing a course in Foam Roller as part of my role as a PT and have been applying myself to a "normal" foam roller until I purchased the above mentioned trio. They've performed really well and take away some of the drudgery involved in finding and dealing with "trigger spots". They're a little more comfortable than normal rollers and I find it easier to apply the therapy to my clients. All in all a great purchase.

Brilliant little device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not so little as I thought at first, but when it arrived it has introduced a new aid to our muscle problems. Both myself and my partner are using this on a regular basis now and couldn't be more happier. A short sess on a target area and we just feel a relief. It's not a permanent solution, but definitely aids a lot in downtime.

Ok but awkward to use on upper back and legs

I would have returned it if I had not bough refurbed. Is well built and sturdy just awkward to use where I needed which is upper back and quads.

The peanut roller is great for working difficult to reach mid back muscles. Stays off the spin. It is extremely flexible in the ways oi can be used. More targeted than a roller on the front of thighs and can also be used by using one ball end on the Gluts. Best used on firm surfaces. Carpet tends to dampen the vibration.

Nice design. Well-made. But not suitable for every size back musculature. My paraspinals are not as wide as this device so it is uncomfortable and doesn't exactly fit my body. Im 5'6 female and athletic.
