LOVE.....Just LOVE

I LOVE my TEETER LT3! I use it everyday and my knees are happy that I do! When I use it my knees don't hurt and afterward, they feel better also. It was not easy for 1 person to put together (and I don't have inate ability to put things together) but, after 3 hours I was done with it and I can say that I alone did it!

Yes, I recommend this product.

Durable and well built!! All I needed was use it!

I’ve used the Teeter Recumbent Elliptical Stepper now coming up on 3 years this Feb. 2024. I work out for 20 minutes 6 mornings a week with Tim a trainer on the Teeter Move app. I’m amazed at how much strength I’ve gotten back in my legs but also how slender I am after losing 56 pds. I also have done a low carb diet with help from a nutritionist and my primary physician. I’m healthier then I’ve ever been and at 71 yrs I can now comfortably do what I did at 50 easily.

Height issue

I did ask if it would work for a 4ft 11in person and was told it would. It doesn’t work in relation to showing my digital time, speed, etc. I am a tad too short. I had knee replacement surgery so I do use it daily to strengthen my knees. I only deal with time I use it so I’m okay with it.

Yes, I recommend this product.

My Favorite Exercise Equipment

I couldn't be more pleased with my new Teeter LT3 Free Step. It is everything I needed to continue my exercise program after partial knee replacement surgery. It's very similar to the equipment I used in physical therapy. Will be using it daily to strengthen my knees and upper arms.

Yes, I recommend this product.

WOW! I love it!

Being a senior and unable to walk any distance without getting lightheaded, I was looking for exercise equipment that would allow me to sit and still get the same exercise as other equipment. I tried a recumbent elliptical at a store and it was what I needed. The ability to sit, gives me the stability I needed to exercise my legs and arms giving me more strength and energy than I had before. I’m not setting the world on fire yet, but I have no problem using the Freestep everyday and I actually enjoy exercising. It has a place for an iPhone or iPad and digital reading to check your progress. The Freestep is very well made, sturdy and the instructions are very easy to put the Freestep together. I used the BILT app on YouTube showing detailed pictures and instructions. Other exercise equipment was too expensive, but the Teeter Freestep LT3 was very reasonable and well worth the price. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and should have done this earlier.

Yes, I recommend this product.

The FreeStep ROCKS!

I needed a painless way to exercise at home and for longer periods of time. I got a typical stationary bike over 10 years ago, but as my arthritic knees worsened, it was no fun. I also couldn't do it very long. In 2022 i had to go to PT for an ankle issue. My warmup there was on a recumbent bike. I only had to warm up about 10 minutes, but i thought "i could keep going on this thing!" when i saw the FreeStep on TV i coveted it for a while..but decided to get it. IT IS AWESOME. i'm currently up to 3.5 miles per session (i am 66) and am trying to shorten my time.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Nice machine

This is a great workout for getting back into shape and helping with my injury. Teeter needs to make the part of the seat that you sit on more adjustable. If you put the back rest in the upright position then it pushes you to far forward on the seat and is uncomfortable to use for very long. Otherwise it is a very sturdy well built piece of equipment. I have to see if I can figure out a way to fix my seat so that I can use it more

SO GLAD we bought this FreeStep (L3)!

This is a very solid piece of exercise equipment, and we love it! It' easy on the joints, yet it has enough levels to make it very challenging for strength training and aerobic exercise. It took both of us (women) to put it together, but it was not too hard. This is the QUIETEST exercise unit I have ever used, too. It's wonderful because we often use it while we're watching t.v. Very easy to make adjustments to seat height and arm positions.

Yes, I recommend this product.

I need to work with it more and make sure that I’ve got it set correctly. But I think it will be a good workout, especially for my knees which have joint issues.

Customer service and shipplng time was excellent. The bike arrived in excellent condition. This bike works as well or better than the ones used by physical therapy that cost 3 times more money. Thanks for a great product.

Suggestion for the LCD display

Very pleased with the LT3 trainer. The only thing that would be a great upgrade would be to provide an LCD or LED display that would light up when the display is activated. Hard to see the existing display in a dimly lit room.

Best money I ever spent!!

I purchased the FreeStep LT3 about a year ago and I love it! I can't speak highly enough about it because it is everything I could ask for. I am 78 yrs. old and ride from 1/2 hour to an hour almost r every day . It is well built for the money so I don't know what others are talking about when they say poor quality. In 2020 I shattered my left femur and used a machine like this in Therapy (which was priced very expensive) so when I saw this I knew I had to have one! Best money I ever spent for my health.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Two years in-machine is fantastic; spouse loves it

I discovered this product two years ago while my spouse was in cardiac rehab. The rehab center had different pieces of equipment and his favorite was a seated elliptical. When I started shopping for a piece of equipment for home, the price of that particular machine was out of the question. That's when I found the Teeter LT3 cross trainer. I was skeptical as to whether he'd keep up his exercising at home but knew he definitely wouldn't use equipment he disliked (rower, treadmill). Well, believe it or not (I barely can!), he has used the Teeter twice a day every day since he graduated from rehab. That was just over 2 years ago. At 88, he's in better physical shape than he's been in for decades. He never grumbles about getting his exercise done (another miracle because he grumbles about everything else). And his heart rate recovery is enviable.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Digital display has never worked. Was sent an email with a video attached explaining how to troubleshoot a product that was sent to me broken. Never have understood why I have to troubleshoot your broken equipment. I will not recommend this equipment to anyone. Instead, I will warn everyone of multiple emails with no results. Do not waste your money on this product.

Good exercise machine. We recommend it.

Our Nordictrak bike broke and was too expensive to repair. The Teeter was the replacement. My wife and I like it. Our only complaint is the quartz screen is very retro. However, the digital screen doesn’t interfere with the functionality of the Teeter and we never U.S. it. Would buy again.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Not Really the Best Fit for Me

It's OK, but it does have issues. I have to tighten the bolts often to keep it from getting creaky and wobbly. The adjustable seat is very wobbly no matter what I tighten. Oddly enough, I experience knee pain after use. I do like the stability of the unit on the floor.

No, I do not recommend this product.
