They were really comfortable in my son's shoes for the first 30 min but then started moving around. The stickiness really did not last long and as a result, it is more annoying than helpful. Would be a great product if this problem could be sorted.

My daughter does cadeta and after 2 hrs her feet was sore. I tried these gel heel cup and she said its helping alot that her feet dont get sore anymore.

These were recommended by staff to aid recovery and pain in the knee by reducing some of the shock delivered by impact of the heel to ground. This product has helped reduce the after training pain and has allowed me to train the full session.
