So far I've used it only a few times but generally this feels more sturdy and durable compared to regular rubber resistance bands. It just depends on which type of material you prefer? Got this only because my friend's trainer recommended her to get this type of band after she broke the rubber type.

This resistance band helps me get a good leg and glutes workout. I sometimes incorporate weight with it such as when doing lunges with lighter resistant band.The packaging comes with a workout guide which comes very handy. Buying this and the orange band had me no regrets and will be buying The green band for my upper body workouts.

(Female, 19, 160cm, 65kg) I have owned this for around a month now and I've gotta say, I'm quite satisfied with it. The problem I had with previous resistance bands is that it would pull on my leg hairs but this one doesn't! I don't find the material harsh on my skin at all. The durability, size and comfort are all up to par Another plus is that the aesthetic looks good :) It's great for my home workouts and I highly recommend it !
