Why it won’t replace strapping for game days it has a good feel and gives you day to day confidence if coming back from an Ankle injury when doing recovery / rehab and not destroying your skin and $ with tape. I tested several In store and the sales staff were great.

It works as described; provides adequate support to the ankle needed when playing basketball, this is when my son was slowly getting back to sport activities after an ankle sprain prior. However, my son feedback that it hurts his feet after prolonged used, ie 2nd and 3rd basketball game on the same day. He wears a size 10.5/11 US shoe and i got him the Large.

I have plantar fasciitis in one foot and achilles tendinitis in the other. These ankle supports have helped me greatly with both of these issues. I have to wear heavy work boots for 8 hours a day and am on my feet for the majority of that time so having that extra support means that I'm not in pain at the end of the day.

Used for ankle impingement

This is a great product. I have impingement due to years of ankle sprains and wearing these really helped me return to running. I still continue to wear this as needed on occasion as the impingement sometimes returns. It keeps ankle very secure and snug. The only issue I have is that the product can sometimes cause soreness to the hamstring and the plantar fascia depending on the length of my run.

Easy to put on and take off, alot faster than the level 3 support. Good medium support. Can be easy to over tighten causing discomfort under foot. Fits well in shoe.

Per the sizing instructions I’m medium size (women’s 10 1/2) but I bought the large and that was way too tight. It was a struggle to get on and started to cut off circulation and dig into my heel within 3hrs. And was even more of a struggle to remove with a swollen foot
