Surprisingly good for support and range of motion

I do kung fu a few times a week and have been concerned about stability in one of my knees, so I decided to purchase this brace. I was a bit hesitant as it is level 2 and pricier than the level 1 (and more restrictive), but I have no regrets - it’s given me confidence back in my knee, feels secure when it’s on, and while I was worried about it being too restrictive and hindering bent-leg movements and kicks, it has been fine so far. You do need to be careful when you sit on your knees for any reason (e.g. getting into a push-up position) as the gel can get in the way a bit, but otherwise I would highly recommend this brace to others. It’s certainly given me a certain peace of mind when training. Considering getting a second for the other knee, or trialling a level 1.

The top band of the sleeve is fairly narrow and tends to roll and then to constrict. A wider band at the top would be helpful.

I have a problem with my patella actually moving out of place due to a small meniscus tear, this knee sleeve keeps it in place especially during heavy duty workouts. Very pleased with this purchase And the excellent support it gives my knee.
