Good when it works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is good and works as advertised when new. Over time the Velcro will wear out and depending on how tight you wear it, might just "pop" off when doing explosive movements like jumping. The strap is the only flaw in this product. Other than that, when it works, it works like a charm. I play volleyball for reference, and I like to wear the strap somewhat on the tighter side. When perform actions that require deep knee bends, such as jumping for spikes, blocking, or receiving, the strap would sometimes come loose depending how how tight you strap it on. Other than that, I have noticeably lesser pain on my patella tendon after sessions, so I'd say this product works as advertised.

I've found this to be really helpful when running while trying to work through a bit of a torn meniscus. Provides some stability and confidence and has reduced the amount of twinges I get while on the road.

Velcro fails, product unusable after 6 weeks.

Just using the product to run. After only 6 weeks of use, maybe 3 times per week, Velcro fails and this product becomes loose and falls off, while running. Obviously makes it unusable. Could not recommend. Also, unable to secure a refund or even credit for another item.
