I'm a runner, and I also work on my feet all day. I have purchased many stretching/muscle relief items over the years and this is by far my favorite! i bought this several month ago is not strong my break in two piece need to be reinforced aluminium is the best way to go make it durable the design is fantastic my second one start to feel a cracking like it going to snap again apart from that is a good product I use it every day .

Gets into your shoulder blades well

I was skeptical when I bought this but thought why not try it. It is great at getting into your shoulder blades and the top of your shoulders and works as well as a deep tissue massage although not as awesome of course. You can use it on hips / lower back / other areas too. Worth buying!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just picked up today, brought me immediate relief. I travel for work quite often and can bring this out anywhere, in my carry-on or check-in. The two orange balls are a little larger than the other larger-style canes out there which is great for not digging in too much, it's the oatmeals' right temperature, so to say. Can easily fit into any gym bag out there if you need to bring to the gym. Sturdy, with a little flex/give to it. I read another who mentioned that they broke their second one... if one is doing that, they ARE using it incorrectly.
