Teeter FitSpine X1 Inversion Table

I have used it for two weeks now and I can already feel a difference. The first time I went inverted on it, my back cracked three times and I felt relieved.

What started me with Teeter was in 2008 I herniated a disc. Got a Teeter EP-550 and got instant relief. It was very comfortable and easy to use. I got rid of it after getting married in 2013, and injured my back again in 2016. I have gone through a couple of cheap tables on facebook over the last few years, and recently my newest one broke and I couldn’t fix it. So I got the Teeter X1 from Dick’s Sporting Goods. Got it together and I love it…except for one thing and one thing only. The ankle pads aren’t nearly as comfortable as my EP-550 series pads. These feel like a stiffer foam than what they were back then. If I get the ankle supports too loose, the front pads are uncomfortable on the tops of my feet, but if I get them tight enough they don’t hurt my feet, they’re too tight around my ankles. Don’t get me wrong, this is not a bad review at all, and would give the table a 5+ rating if the ankle supports were more comfortable. I’m sure my bony chicken legs/ankles don’t help matters much either. :-) However, Thank you for Teeter for making such great products! I have some gravity boots (that I absolutely love), and just recently (last week), got a neck relax & restore duo. I have to use it laying on the floor though because (in my own personal opinion) isn’t comfortable using on my table. Mainly because I haven’t had time to find the right height adjustment and proper positioning for it.

My husband is loving the FitSpine X1. He uses it daily. It's been a great investment. The only issue was the shipping. This was a gift, but the box was mangled and open at both ends on its way to our house. I'm surprised that all the parts were actually present at our door upon delivery. I had expected better packaging and better handling of my purchase.

Due to being in a chair most of the day, IT/keyboard jockey, and doing my exercises at night, I have put a lot of stress on my lower back. I am usually uncomfortable during the day and sleep poorly at night. Now that I have been using my Teeter daily for the last two weeks, my lower back feels better and I recover more quickly from my evening exercise routine. I am very happy with this purchase.

I operate heavy equipment for a living I had sharp pain between my sholder blades and disks out in my kneck and lower back. I have been in pain many years. Instantly i felt pain relief. A few days of using my teeter the lumps in my kneck and lower back disappeared and i no longer get the sharp stabbing pain between my shoulder blades. i could not feel better.. i have tried other brands and they just do not give me the reaults i have gotten with teeter. I can live my life again without back pain because of teeter. Thank you so much for showing me how to help myself.

I bought a teeter years ago and was very happy with it. I gave that one to someone else after I quit using it, but recently I started working out again and wanted to get back into decompression, so I ordered another one. I was very pleased to find out that the quality has not diminished at all on this product or the accessories. This is a quality product for the money, and a great product for your health.

Wish I would have purchased sooner. It will never totally fix my back but has given me much needed relief from a herniated disc that has plagued me for years. Makes me wonder if I had purchased this years ago I might be in a better place now when it comes to the health of my spine. Worth every penny.

I have a pinched nerve in my lumbar vertebrae that keeps me from having good control or strength in my right leg. I have been using the teeter table and my leg does seem to be getting better. Progress is slow, but I am able to sit much longer and get more strength to my leg than before. I hang three or four times a day for ten minutes each time, which also helps with back pain.

This table arrived in about a week. It was so well packaged! Easy to assemble. Easy to use. The highlight of my day is when my spine pops upon inversion. So much relief.

This is an excellent product I use my Teeter in conjunction with stretching and the results are great - no back pain! I highly recommend this model

it does not decompress as I thought will do, and when laid down on it,it stretches the lower back and the knees and leaves me with lower back and knee pain. in my opinion is not worth the money.

I am 62 and in good health. I never had and still don't have back problems. As I got older though I've noticed that at the end of the day my lower back is a little stiff and my spine feels compressed. I always thought that inversion would reverse the compressed feeling. For the last month I've been using the Teeter 2 to 3 times a day for about 5 minutes each time. I may do full inversion maybe a few times a week. I usually do the maximum 60 degrees of the strap with the lumbar support. I have noticed that by the end of the day I don't have that compressed or stiff lower back feeling. I also noticed that when I get up in the morning I feel really great, that is ready to move, like jumping out of the gate.

Works very well and takes a few inversions to get the hang of it and be able to relax. After that all is well. The leg/foot clamp could be a little more comfortable but not bad once you adjust them left to right to fit your comfort. Only other thing would be to check with your Dr. prior to buying if you have had any type of knee or hip or other surgeries that the stretching may impact. I had major right knee surgery years ago and at first I thought it may be a problem but after a few inversions my knee actually adapted and to a point felt better. May not be like that for everyone. Other than that I so far am pleased with the current results and use it 3 times a day.

Product is great. Just not what we needed to my husband. And cannot figure out how to return it.

Love it, should have purchased years ago. my only concern is that that the T-pin i pull to release the ankle restraint's keeps coming un screwed. my concern is over time it may strip the threads?
