Staff do not mention at point of sale how difficult it is to get the main pole to align straight. There have been numerous complaints. Then to have to pay additional money to have an installer come out who installs brilliantly but cannot undo what one has already done due to safety mechanism !! Poor quality. Look at spending a bit more for fibreglass or glass backboard also.

Not the easiest to put together. Getting the plug to fit properly and not leak water took some trial and error, resulting in it tipping over and the hoop bending out of shape on day 2. Cumbersome to move around as well. For the money, I do not recommend

Instructions could have been more descriptive and had more detailed pictures. The main pole was pretty difficult to assemble and now the whole unit is slightly askew and not quite at regulation height. Not sure if that’s due to me setting it up wrong or due to the vague instructions Quite easy to adjust height. overall it’s a pretty solid and sturdy basketball hoop. Worth what it’s priced at.
