I bought 2 of these they fit horrible, I followed the steps and first one went deformed and the second one shrinked in size. Don’t ever buy this mouthguard EVER!!!

Impossible to mould

Followed the instructions and then tried a second time, leaving it in the water for longer. Barely changed shape. I had no confidence this would protect my child's teeth and have gone and bought another brand and thrown this one in the bin.
