These knee sleeves are a great fit and make a huge difference if you're lifting heavier weights. Follow the sizing guidelines on the RockTape website. Rebel does not list the thickness, but they are 7mm which is more suitable for heavy weightlifting rather than general workouts and wods. Go for the 5mm if you are using them for CrossFit.

Bought them to see if they would help with exercises like squats in the gym and they really do help me feel more stable and confident at heavier weights after having a persistent knee issue. Recommend measuring and trying on before buying, according to the Rocktape website I'm a large but the medium fits perfectly.

It’s a very good quality product. I use it mainly when doing deadlifts so the bar doesn’t scrape my legs. However the bar does tend to get caught on the sleeve on the way down which is a bit annoying. Just have to try different positions so it doesn’t happen. Other than that it’s a quality product.
