Great product

Good fit, feels comfortable for all leg exercises. Good support for heavy squats and flexible enough for box jumps. There is no size chart on the Rebel website, but the RockTape website has an accurate sizing guide: https://rocktape.com.au/assassin-knee-sleeves.

RockTape Assassin Knee Sleeves 7mm

I purchased the 7mm thick knee sleeves. I had not worn knee sleeves before but wanted a pair that would not just keep my knees warm, but would provide stability without sacrificing mobility. These did the trick! (And helped get a sneaky 10kg back squat PB!). Definitely recommend!

A little too tight despite using official size chart (i was on the edge but the next size up looked huge). Zero stretch/movement too. They did the job despite almost cutting off circulation so theres hope they'll stretch but wouldnt recommend it lol also 7mm was probably overkill for toughness for anything other than static lifting making it harder to move with other exercises putting more pressure on knees with sudden movements from lack of flexibilty, but again the tightness couldnt be helping there.
