Missing piece

Ordered product and not impressed with the fact that there was a piece missing for the tee stand to be connected to the mat of the stand. Screw on bit to the bottom of the tee to hold up by the mat. So it’s a useless product as it’s unusable. Have tried contacting rebel through phone number but you have to wait forever and sent through an email with no response.

The stand was too flimsy. Kept falling to pieces when hit. And the rubber top piece was squashed when taken out of the box and wouldn't hold the ball properly, unless the base was set on an angle. Kids got frustrated with it. Definitely not worth $35.

Not great quality but fine for the casual play

It’s ok for a beginner or casual baseball / softball player but the holding pole busts away from the plate even with the slightest hit. I was forever wasting time fixing it whilst being glared down by a bunch of 8 year olds waiting for a hit. The plastic securing nut just isn’t of good quality.

Absolute rubbish, buy the metal one. This falls apart. Kids hit it and 1 in 5 hits the pole just flies out. Have to take it back.

We bought this for our 3yo after his new plastic one broke on one hit. This is fantastic. He isnt overly tall but was the perfect height at the lowest. Has played a few times now with no damages. Will hopefully last years and grow with him.
