Ideal for building strength and joint stability, the woven bands feature Reactiv-Knit construction to prevent the bands from curling or sticking. The three-pack of woven bands includes the resistance levels - Light, Medium and Heavy to suit all fitness levels perfect for stretching, rehab exercises and targeted recovery. The continuous loop makes them perfect for targeting the hip-glute complex, legs and shoulders with lateral movements, resisted squats, forward-backwards leg extensions or shoulder stabilisation exercises. Great quality, lightweight, great for travel and exercises on the go. I use them for conditioning my legs (I do lots of hill running and mountain running training). The booklet is good for exercises ideas.
