The three pack includes the resistance levels - Light, Medium and Heavy to suit all fitness levels. The continuous loop makes them perfect for targeting the hip-glute complex, legs and shoulders with lateral movements, resisted squats, forward backward leg extensions or shoulder stabilisation exercises.

I bought this few ago for muscle activation before workouts and the varied resistance has been helpful for different muscles. I also like the small carry bag that comes with it. The only problem with latex bands is that after several weeks of use, I've seen the band's sticking together so powdering it using baby powder every so often is needed. Sometimes it may also roll up if not placed with care so be careful.

Bands are terrible. There a plastic type material and they roll up your leg, have to keep straightening out. Invest in fabric ones - that way they'll stick to you without srunching up.
