By delivering progressive resistance training, the PTP Medium MediBand is ideal to add challenge to basic exercises and condition muscles for functional and sports specific movements. The MediBand can be used for a range of purposes: for muscular strength, stretching and flexibility, muscle toning or motor coordination. As it increases body awareness, it can also contribute to joint stabilisation, posture correction and overall body strength. Because it works with the force of elastic resistance to create a continuum of tension, the PTP Medium MediBand is also safe and easy on the joints and suitable for injury prevention and rehabilitation.

After a period of lethargy and inactivity due to chemotherapy cancer treatment, using the Mediband for passive exercises and stretching I have regained my flexibility, regained muscle mass and strength , and pain on my arms have gone.

I’ve been using the blue (heavy) theraband provided by my physio for hip strengthening and thought I’d try this as a lighter resistance for arm work, such as flys, etc. I actually found this medium rated band to be a heavier resistance. But in saying that it’s great quality and I’m really happy with this purchase…it’s giving me some goals to work on!

I injured my shoulder at the gym due to poor warm-ups. The PTP MediBand is now incorporated into my warm-ups and rehab. I have gained flexibility back and soreness has greatly reduced. Definitely recommend.
