Great product. Nice and strong, easy to use and a wide range of stretches and exercises included. Ideal for lower level resistance exercises or if your just starting out. If you're more advanced or looking for higher levels of resistance for exercises like banded squats, PTP superbands might be worth looking at.

Don’t need to purchase expensive equipment. This does all your movements and with 3 different band strengths it’s great for everyone. These bands are small, so you can fit them into your pocket and exercise almost anywhere which is a great advantage over fixed and other heavy equipment. Having tried both tie bands and loop bands the tie up style certainly provide more options for use while the loop bands seem to hold their shape a bit better. I opted for the tie up style because you can also use it untied and over the top of a door.
