well, they won't let me curse in my review. so let's just say they suck. won't change on first attempted charge. now i have to do a bunch of running around to get a refund. Just an all around awful experience.

I got JBL headphone but unfortunately it’s not really quality sound when I tried to talk on phone through headphone other side has hard time to hear me this was disappointing but other functions are OK

Thank you for your feedback. To isolate the issue with your JBL Live 660NC, please try using other phone to see if it is an issue with the device. We also recommend using other meesaging or call apps to see if the issue remains. Lastly, try resetting your headphones. Reset will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your headphones with your devices again. To reset, turn on your headphones. Press and hold plus and minus buttons for more than five seconds. It will turn off, and reboot to factory default. You may need to forget your headphones in Bluetooth settings on your device to pair it again. If you need more help, please contact us.

I bought customized 660 headphones a few weeks ago. Really enjoyed. Top tier. I bought the customized version after losing my other pair. My only complaint is the design didn't come out quite as I wanted. But still I'm very happy with them.

I bought this 2 years ago, the best headphones i’ve ever used. The most comfortable, durable and reliable headphones i’ve used and I have used many during my time. I cannot recommend this product enough and ensure that you will not regret your decision choosing JBL. I wear these headphones everywhere from in the office to going to the gym and have no complaints. However, the only problem is they do tend to make my ears go red.

10/10 Headphones, Best Bday Gift to myself

First of all, the custom design came in exactly as I hoped, and I couldn't be more thrilled about that. I've been using these for about 2 weeks now, and I am perfectly happy with my decision to purchase them. I've only charged them one time, and it seems like one charge will last a week or two depending on how much I use them in a day. They're comfortable to wear for hours on end, and the sound quality is amazing. The app features to control sound/noise cancelling are really handy when I'm at work and need to keep an ear out for calls & alerts. I would like to suggest that the buttons be less sensitive or in a different location on the next gen because I accidentally press them often when taking them off or putting them on. This doesn't make a difference to me personally, but it would be nicer to my Google assistant if it didn't get its hopes up every time I take them off/put them on. Bottom line - these are amazing headphones and I hope they last me forever.

PLEASE READ! To say I was gifted these headphones would be a lie. It’s more accurate to say I was cursed with these headphones. I am not exaggerating, these headphones are the biggest obstacle in my life right now. When you first put them on you may think they’re a solid pair of headphones. Well friend, that thought will soon be fleeting. Once your into your music, podcast, whatever you listen to, the headphones WILL repeatedly pause on and off, sometimes just off and it’s up to you to turn them back on. This is incredibly inconvenient at the gym. The sensors on them are way too sensitive. If you move, turn your head, open your mouth, produce a drop of sweat, your audio is turning off. It’s not a problem with the battery or Bluetooth. I’m at the gym wearing these headphones right now listening to post Malone and I’m p1ssed off genuinely. I’ve been counting, since writing this review, the headphones have interrupted my music 11 times. So unless you plan on sitting still in a sensory deprivation room all day, these headphones are not going to be good for you. 13 times. I’ve read that downloading their stupid app can help solve this problem. Screw that, I’m not letting jbl win like that after cursing me. In short, do not let the price pursuade you, these are cruddy and I’m p1ssed. 14 times now.

What a shame about the print quality! It looks like it was made on my home printer. It makes an annoying noise every time I jump or do any impact activity: running, jumping or walking faster!
