The Harbinger Pushup Elite handles have been disigned to take your workout to the next level by slightly rotating during your pushup to increase muscle activation on the dip. The result is increased muscle strength and definition in the arms, shoulders, back, chest and abs. It is an awesome product with lot of versatility. You can work on you shoulders, triceps, chest and biceps just by changing the angle of hand, which is supported well. It has non slip base which is very helpful. I a enjoying and using it on daily bases now.

A great tool that gives you a deeper push-up, and the ability to have a more natural hand position and more. The rubber grip surround is a bit loose and will probably need to be replaced at some point, but it's comfortable and the round shape to the grip is far more comfortable than the standard push-up aid. Friction pads on the based seem sound and work great on my floor boards at home, and overall they feel sturdy and reliable when you have your weight on them. Recommended.
