The Harbinger Pushup Elite handles have been disigned to take your workout to the next level by slightly rotating during your pushup to increase muscle activation on the dip. The result is increased muscle strength and definition in the arms, shoulders, back, chest and abs. These handles will reduce the amount of stress on your wrists and elbows compared to a floor push up and can take weight up to 180kg.

Solid push up tool

I like the heft and solidness of the product and like that it can rotate. The grips also help it keep still and works on both tile and carpet. Only thing I would like for it to do is to be able to lock the rotation, sometimes I don't want it rotating while doing push ups and can throw me off as I have to keep it steady.

Swivel

As a big guy I got these to help improve my pushups without screwing up my wrists. And they definitely work. The handles are a good quality and soft rubber that doesn’t hurt your hands when using them. The swivel does take a bit of getting used to, I thought I’m a heavy guy surely they won’t move around too much. But they do and that’s good. It’s means it’s good quality and you can play around with hand movements. I will say I wish they had a locking feature to stop the swivel if needed. Overall they are great quality and I don’t have to worry about them breaking on me when I’m using them.

Another great fitness product From the company that could win the FIFA World Cup if they put a team together, one that doubles as the toughest personal trainer in the world. If you want to get into the habit of doing push ups CORRECTLY then use these. They make push ups harder, but protect your wrists from strain but also force you to realise the hard way is the right way.Designed to swivel, but solid enough not to move. Excellent base grip means they wont move unless you want them to. Surprisingly light, so nice and easy to chuck into your gym bag. Colour and design isn't really a high priority here, but girls do push ups too and so do people who like colours and also those that suffer from OCD. But these are great. Not cheap. But that just means they will last. And they smell nice too.
