I received this product as a gift a a couple weeks ago and it broke within 30 minutes. Some time later we received a replacement and that one did not last long either. As a 15 year old boy, This product is not worth the trouble or the money, especially if you hit hard. Save your cash!

Good bag for a home gym

This is ok for a home gym. We needed 7 or 8 x 20kg bags of sand to weigh it down, but it still moves with continuous punches. It has a fair bit of flex it it, if the bag is up high. While we have trained on it individually, we have found it best to train in pairs, with the second person just putting their hand behind it, to minimise the flex. It works for us, as we use it for aerobic training, aswell as kicking and punching. If you were seriously getting into boxing, i think a hanging bag would be better.

I bought this less than a year ago and thought it was ok, but anyone with a decent punch will rock it a lot. The adjustable height notches are only plastic and they just broke. I don't know how returns will go, but I'll be trying to get a refund or credit not a replacement.

It was absolutely terrible. Moved every time it was hit. Height adjustment was weak and didnt maintain position. A very poor replica of other similar items on market.

Good product, seems very capable of handling punches. Is better with sand as the weight but still good with water. To avoid very gradual movement of the bag I find it best to move around it as I punch, that way it stays in place.
