Great option for a rental property or unit as no need to install or hang anything. Just need to tweak the amount of sand or water needed to keep device stable. I really like the way the the bag swings and I think this will help with my coordination. The height settings are a little difficult to set but otherwise we have been happy with this item and would recommend it to anyone looking for a compact home boxing bag.
