Grip strength improvement was noticeable in a week

Was a little awkward to start out. Once you got a grip for it, really improves grip strength when you're ready just turn for further improvement at 25kgs

The Celsius Square Hand Grip is the perfect way to exercise and strengthen your hands, wrists and forearms whilst at home, sitting at a desk, or on the go. At first the product seems really tough, and using the diagonal 25kg section did put a little bit of pressure on the hands, but only after a few days of intermittent use, positive changes in strength and comfort are noticed. Also found this item was a good substitute for fiddling with whilst completing office work, so overall with an excellent price, this purchase is an absolute win-win!

I’ve used the spring hand grips before but prefer this. You can isolate different fingers better and move the grip around in your hand. I use mine daily. Great for forearm strength and hand strength. Highly recommend this.
