Great product for post surgeries on upper limbs

I have had a complete wrist reconstruction surgery approximately 2 years ago, I was still so scared to work out and use my hand as it was still very weak. This has helped me build up the muscles around the hand so I’m able to work and workout free of feeling scared that I will injure myself. It’s perfect

If you squeeze it, it will break

I would give them 4 stars except they have a very limited life span, 3 months max & they need replacing as they crack up from use, started cracking after about 6 weeks, 3 months now & completely done, will take back to store & see if I can get a warranty replacement as this is the 2nd one I've had fail on me.
