The shipment took about a week. The bar was shipped separately and arrived a few days earlier than the actual weight set, the plastic carry case was damaged and couldn’t be closed. The product itself is great, very easy to use and adjust, a very good substitute for going to the gym for strength training during the pandemic. However, the bars are covered with rough texture and will damage your hands overtime, gloves are definitely recommended.

Weights are good but the case is terrible! It came with broken parts that hold it closed and the weights fall out when you are shutting it.

Not great. Not bad. Decent starter set.

You can do up to maybe 22.5kg dumbbells (give or take). Or up to 50kg barbell. This should cover most average people until they get their strength up and need heavier weights. A minor downside is the dumbbell bar can make it a bit awkward to do some techniques. But the Main problem is the sockets nuts used to tighten up and hold the weights in place will very easily come loose. If you’re already into strength training and aren’t starting out, I’d say use the gym with their more extensive weight ranges (and machines) but if you’re new to the strength training thing like me, or don’t wanna do workouts in public (again like me) this ain’t too bad a starter set. But it’s really a starter set. Once you’ve found your feet and the strength is increasing you may want to look for better weights.

Good for home use but hard on the hands.

I purchased this looking for equipment that I could use daily, and I have been using it daily for the past month. Everything has gone well so far, and I have gotten good use out of the equipment, although, there are two things that I dislike about this product: 1. The bars have some sort of low quality grip that gives me callouses and blisters can be uncomfortable to use. 2. The spin locks come loose pretty fast. If the weights are on the ground rolling around or after a bit of use the spin locks come loose and I have to re-tighten them every so often. Apart from those two things, this product is great for home use and will do its job.

Weight set is really good. Toll lost the barbell but rebel have been good to deal with despite the freight issues. I would recommend this to anyone as it is very handy and useful especially during the lockdown!

Great product, came within a few days, easy to use, came with six spin locks which was super handy. But it is a pain in the neck to spin them on and off the barbell. The dumbbells is not so bad. Bought some barbell collars which made it a bit easier. They ended up a fraction bigger but a bit of tape inside solve that problem. This is a really great versatile

Great starter set, very decent quality

This weight set is awesome. It's all you need to perform a huge range of exercises, including deadlift and other Barbell exercises, even though the bar is slightly smaller. As a female I actually really like this. The weights selection is really good too, and allows for a decent range. The spin locks are also really easy to use and glide easily around to lock and unlock with minimal friction. Just remember to read the reviews re what "standard" sizing is if you plan to buy supplementary weights or a weight rack. The tub sucks for storing the weights in my opinion and mine also arrived damaged (missing one wheel and internal plastic a bit crushed) so storing them on the bar or a separate weight stand is a good option.

This is exactly what I was looking for and came at just the right time seeing as my local gym is closed for now. The weights are easy to use and sturdy. Stores beautifully under my bed. The set is pretty heavy to move around but it has small wheels which helps.

Bought this for building a home gym due to the coronavirus shut down. Only two downsides you need to know before purchase it. 1. As some customer mentioned before, the plates do spin and resulting in screws come loose. Which is a little bit annoying but just need to be aware. 2. For girl who does hip thrust, the largest plates are the 5kg plate but the width is too small to get underneath the bar without squash your legs. However, you can use whatever in your house to life them up a bit (or get some bigger size plates) Anyway, the set is still pretty good for its value and does the job.

One of the best items i have bought from rebel. Where i would have to wait around at the gym to use certain equipment I can now replicate my workout at home in a shorter time frame. Deadlifts, squats, bicep curls, shoulder press and more. You have enough weights to get an all over body workout. Best part it's in the comfort of your own home. Great for teenage boys to use too!
