As described, comfortable and snug fit using Velcro. Adjustable weights to suit your needs. Only advice would be to make sure you are not parked too far away / have a trolley. The box is compact and awkward to carry.

Well built and has adjustable weight packs. One thing to note though that the weight packs are a very tight fit into the pockets and it seems to be filled with sand. So, it takes a bit of effort to add weight to the vest. Otherwise, it's great - does what it needs to do.

Great if you're doing alot slower movements, pushups, squats etc. But it doesn't tighten very well, so anything with a bit more movement is useless, burpies, jumps etc.

Comfortable fit. Does not affect movement at all, should strap has cushion, waist strap can wrap around your torso quite firmly. Weight is evenly distributed between front and back.

Excellent! Very comfortable, especially on the shoulders. I would have given 5 stars but the sand bags can be a bit tricky getting them in and out, so a little effort is required there. I'm still happy with the purchase though.

Surprisingly great weight vest for the price !!

Purchased a cheap 20kg vest from eBay. Put it on for 10 seconds before I released I shouldn't have tried to go so cheap. Fit was terrible, material felt both rough but somehow weak at the same time, an all round bad purchase. I went back online to see what else was out there and came across this weight vest. As soon as I put this one on I knew I had made the right choice. The shoulder straps are actually padded and surprisingly soft (good if you plan to use topless/with certain singlet designs), the vest features 2 straps which allow the weight to remain centered (important when running/sprinting like I use this for) and the weights are held very securely in place. Wearing this vest just makes you feel like you have a heavy torso. It's not awkward, you don't have to balance anything at all, it feels natural and safe. I am a qualified PT and currently practicing Myotherapist and I really rate this product.

Great buy. Fits well and weights are sometimes a little hard to insert but if you twist them it goes in easier. Tried it on much smaller and thinner girls then I, have to use the upper valcro to fit and do it tight enough but really good use. If your new to weight vest, try little weights first instead of going full 10/20kg

This is a fantastic product so far. The range of weights and ability to tighten the vest allows a variety of difficulty without any restriction to your movement. For anyone having issues inserting the weights I reccommend twisting them into the pockets and it becomes much easier to do. I highly reccommend this to anyone searching for ways to push their bodyweight exercises.

Great Vest - comfortable and easy to make adjustments with weights. The quality is very good. I have done 2 x 8km national park hikes with the vest - you feel like your floating after you have taken it off. You do get some strange looks...good thing there are no flashing lights or lose wires!
