The Kettlebells centre of mass is displaced from the handle. This means the weight constantly pulls against your hand and requires strength/co-ordination when exercising with it & also the use of other muscles through your arms, shoulders and trunk.

Shipping Costs
Your shipping cost will vary depending on what you purchase on rebelsport.com.au and where it needs to be delivered.
Rebelsport.com.au will price the delivery based on the size and weight of the item. Please be aware that shipping is calculated off the larger of the package size or weight. Typically the larger the item, the more expensive delivery will be. Extremely large goods will also incur higher shipping charges. At the basket page you will be offered an option to choose the Fastest or Cheapest delivery option.
Delivery Time
We use multiple courier companies with a delivery time of between 2 - 3 business days after dispatch for smaller items, and 3 - 8 business days after dispatch for larger items, depending on the delivery location. Our couriers deliver week days only. The courier will be automatically selected based on the goods being shipped, the size and weight, delivery pick-up address and delivery location address.
PO Boxes and Australian Armed Forces addresses
We do deliver to PO Box and Australian Armed Forces address. All of these items must fit within Australia Post's maximum parcel size, 105cm length and 140cm width. Australia Post will reject any packages outside these dimensions and return it to rebelsport.com.au.
Authority to Leave
When placing your order it is recommended that you choose a suitable shipping address, and offer clear instructions of where to leave your parcel. Our couriers' will require a signature upon delivery of all parcels unless "Authority to Leave" and clear instructions are made in the "Delivery Instructions" sections at the Checkout page in your order. Deliveries can be made to a business address if you like, but please include the company name at the beginning of the address.
Alternatively, you may also send to an address that someone will be at, for the whole day, as our courier companies deliver during business hours only. Any attempted delivery with no-one to sign, without "Authority to Leave" selected on your order, will result in an attempted delivery card being left at the address. The courier delivery card will ask for you to contact the courier, to either organise a new delivery or a pick up from their depot or at nearest Australia Post Office.
If the courier deems the location as an unsafe area to leave the parcel, the courier may leave an attempted delivery card and return the parcel to their depot. If "Authority to Leave" is selected, and the parcel is left by the courier, we (Rebel Sport), hold no responsibility if the parcel then goes missing from the shipping address. Selection of "Authority to Leave" is deemed by our couriers as a signature from the recipient.
Bulky Items
At checkout, you will be notified of shipping costs for your approval, these are calculated automatically by the site in accordance with our courier companies' freight charges via a courier aggregation application (supplied by Temando). Bulky items are those with either a high weight or large cubic volume. Products are allocated as bulky as determined by the shipping methods of our courier companies.
Anything over 5kg in weight or cubic volume will be marked as a bulky item. Bulky items are only available for shipping within Australia. Some islands of Australia and all international destination countries are exempt from bulky items deliveries. All customers will be notified if we are unable to deliver such items due to delivery restrictions.
Reasons for Order Delays
· Incorrect address has been entered against the order.
· The address had no-one to sign for the parcel, and "Authority to Leave" was not selected against the order.
· Incorrect Credit Card information was entered against the order. Please double check all details at time of order as you will only be charged once the order is ready to ship.
· Personal details may need to be confirmed for fraud prevention if we are unable to verify the shipping destination. Sometimes we will require personal detail verification before dispatching orders to protect the card holder, and this may delay shipping.
· Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we may need to re-order the product from our suppliers.
If your order will be delayed for any reason rebelsport.com.au staff will contact you directly via phone and/ or email you to advise of the delay.

Track My Order
All orders are dispatched from rebelsport.com.au via various courier companies, using our freight aggregation supplier Temando.
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email from amartallsports.com.au containing your tracking code. If you do not receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number please call rebelsport.com.au Customer Service on 1300 654 502 or email the team at: help@rebelsport.com.au.
Once you have your courier consignment number, you can track your parcel by clicking here. Please allow 12 hours (after shipping occurs) for your parcel to register the courier consignment number against your order, before attempting to track your parcel. For all international orders please allow 24 hours before attempting to track your parcel.

The delivery charge for these orders is based on weight, dimensions and delivery address.
The prices within the online store DO NOT include any overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur. Customs duties or international tariffs, may be payable on receipt at the delivery address for some international orders. These fees will be the responsibility of the customer to pay, and rebelsport.com.au does not collect any of these charges or fees.
Delivery & Installation
An installation service is available from rebelsport.com.au for the following bulky goods products:

During the checkout process for these products you have the option to select "Installation". With this option you will not be quoted a delivery and installation fee at the checkout. You'll be contacted by an Rebel Sport customer service representative on the next business day to discuss a quote for delivery and installation costs.
PLEASE NOTE: Installation is only possible for residents within 200km of any state capital city. All Territories and Tasmania are excluded from installations.
Once you have approved the delivery and installation quote, our Customer Service team will complete your order and you'll be contacted by the installation technician to organise a suitable time for the delivery and installation to be completed. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery and installation orders.
Installations will only occur on week days and generally during business hours unless otherwise organised with the technician.
