Do not buy. Our 5 year old left it in a bag. 10 month old found it and easily punctured it with little balls going everywhere. We needed to call the poison hotline. Horrible!

They are balls that are sticky and they glow in the dark. That about sums them up. I guess I can give an arbitrary sticky rating of 7? But hey, they helped get my kid out of the store so they are effective in that aspect.
