Quality muscle roller

Good quality to release tension within muscles, however, fairly pricey given the market. Having used a friends similar product I am still confident the additional price is worthwhile.

Best for below knees and forearms

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't know how I got this product did a review on Amazon and noticed nothing posted here. I'm a physical therapist and we ordered about 20 of the Grid 2.0 they are great. This product is really a foam roller warm up tool or if you are very sore it might get you moving until you can tolerate the Grid 2.0. I like this tool for my forearms, calves and anterior shin muscles the most.

No, I do not recommend this product.
