Excellent ! I definitely recommend as I have bunion on my feet and it’s really painful so every time I use the ball gets much better! I press the painful point and gives me an amazing feeling of relief.

I am currently struggling with plantar fasciitis. Being on my feet all day for work doesn’t help with the healing process however this trigger point ball has made a world of difference with easing the pain of each step and also with the pain management after a long day on my feet. Great product!!

Better than a golf ball!

I have had this for about 4 months and use it twice a day. A wonderful man at a shoe store told me that my plantar fasciitis can develope scar tissue and it needs to be broken up to get the blood circulating for healing. After trying many things for two years, I can't say it was the cure, but it has helped a lot. The golf ball hurt and I didn't know if I was helping or hurting when using it. This feels good even on a bad day. More good days than bad is amazing.

I love this little massage ball!

I use my hands quite a lot and get pain on the meaty part of my palm under my thumb. This works so well to massage this hard to reach area. I also use it across my brow bone when I have sinus pain & pressure. I use it on my arches of my feet when they’re sore. I use it on my neck when I have pain there. Just be careful, it does get stuck in your hair!

A little too dense & much smaller than I’d pictured from the description. Still, can be used gor forearms & hands. Perhaps on mid traps against a wall but generally useless.

Best thing for carpal tunnel

I bought this at the recommendation of a physio as I was starting to get sore hands and wrists from being behind a computer all day. The first few days it hurt a lot, but the more I've used it the less it hurts and I am also getting all the movement back into my hands. I've also noticed more circulation and no more swollen hands.

Just bought this at Dick’s for half price. I’m using it now. My feet were killing me. Now I feel no pain. I also bought a bigger ball with spikes, (hard plastic), but I’m really using the Mobipoint for the balls of my feet. Also under the toes. Listening to Beck/Colors while rolling, it’s all great.
