Mixed feelings !

Overall the impact buffer is not bad, however it has it's pros and cons. See below for additional details. Pros: - Good for massaging knots. - Simple to understand and use. Cons: - May not be as impactful for some with knots that are deeper. - The rubber material can attract a lot of dust, which would require you to constantly put it back in it's case. - Can be a bit hard to hold and give it good strength as the width towards the bottom is quite wide.

Best back muscle knot remover!

Far far better then massage guns. I've always been hesitant to get the guns because they were too hard to get relief but because of the larger massage face you don't need to be right on the knot to release it. Ive never had a knot release so quickly, 15 seconds on the area full speed and hard pressure and its gone. Best money I ever spent.

Love this! Best purchase in a long time

I was a little confused about what this was to start with but I saw a few videos of how it was used and thought I'd bite the the bullet and try it. The 3 heads are great to change around depending on how intense I want the massage. Works great all over the body after a work out but surprisingly use it more on neck and shoulders after sitting at a desk all day working.
