Highly recommend, even using light pressure

Great quality as always from TriggerPoint. I wasn't sure if this was going to be too firm, but it works just as well with light pressure as the standard one, and of course makes it easier to go deeper in the places it needs to. Highly recommend.

A very firm roller for serious self deep tissue massage. Perfect for those tight ITB's, calves, back and shoulders. I've tried and owned many foam roller, but this is by far the best quality and firmness in the market.

High price but lasts a long

I've gone through my fair share of foam rollers but the Trigger Point GRID X is one of the firmest ones out there. While the price is up there, it is does a good job massaging and rolling out stiff muscles compared to a cheap foam roller that lasts less than three months (consistent use) and provides little massage/relief. I've had mine for over 2 years and it still remains its firmness which I used regularly was shared between my family.
