Great until battery stopped working

I've had this for about a year and it worked well (good battery life, strong vibration, not too loud) until the battery died. Now its only function is as an expensive and heavy foam roller. I contacted the customer service team and will update this review if they are able to give me a refund or exchange the roller for the newer version (Apparently it doesn't have the same battery issues)

I purchased a trigger point less than a year ago and it has stopped working. All four charge indicator lights remain on even after the device is unplugged, but it simply will not turn on.

Great travel size

We have a house of athletes that travel for competitions and having a vibrating roller that travels easily is a huge benefit. We have had a larger vibrating roller for a year and its used daily but it doesn't travel easily. We like the Grid Vibe Plus because its small but packs a punch. It is also easier to get into some of the smaller spaces on shoulders and has more variations on the surface. Nobody should live without one of these!

Love this product! Vibration is great, and the battery lasts a long time. My only complaint is the foam is softer than some of the other TP rollers. I wish it were a little more firm, but overall I would recommend this product. I think it'll give me an extra boost during marathon training.

Perfect for recovery

The TriggerPoint GRID vibe plus roller works a treat on lower back, thighs and sore muscles. Been using this once every few days to help with recovery after a run or a bike ride. I found the foam roller to be quite hard to start with but after a few sessions it's easy to get use to. The vibration feature is perfect with the three speeds, this way you can get the right amount of vibration to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Great product and would recommend any one to get one who is looking for something different to a standard roller.

Took the grid vibe on vacation with me which entailed a lot of sitting on a bus. Having the grid vibe allowed me use the vibration and small amounts of rolling to keep my back and hips from getting tights. I used it on the bus and in the hotel room for the entire trip.

This is a $99 vibrating roller from the number one company in the world and I'm happy I've always invested in their products. It has three settings and it doesn't require much besides breathing and relaxing. I roll my legs out daily and love the way it makes me feel. I will purchase more of these for the holidays and my family.
