Definitely Worth it

I am a personal trainer and I use this with my clients and teach them how to properly stretch and foam roll to help with injury prevention, flexibility, and help keep them from getting as sore in their muscles. There is great durability with this as I've had other brands and can definitely say this was worth it.

Excellent for kyphosis

This is an invaluable tool for my kyphosis condition - really very helpful indeed. I can do a great number of dynamic back-bends over the roller and roll forwards/backwards at numerous angles, etc.

I like it, but not firm enough

I bought this product so I could roll out before and after workouts while deployed. I like how it is hollow; I can stuff things inside of it when I have limited packing space. I do wish that I would have purchased the the GridX, which is advertised as much firmer. This roller just does not get deep enough.

I have had my roller for several months. After trying other brands out the TPtherepy surpassed them. It's just the right amount of hard/soft when rolling out those sore muscles. Won't go a day without using it. I recommend it to anyone looking for a great roller!
